As an associate at Fuksa Khorshid, LLC Blake continues his passion for advocating on behalf of and representing clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters in state and Federal courts. These areas include, for example, contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and shareholder disputes, construction defect litigation, bad-faith insurance litigation, employment discrimination, wage & hour disputes under Illinois and Federal laws, consumer fraud, common fraud, commercial landlord tenant disputes and licensing, and restrictive covenants.

Prior to joining Fuksa Khorshid, LLC Blake began his practice in Texas focusing in intellectual property litigation, primarily in trade secrets and patents, and commercial litigation in Texas state courts Federal courts in Texas, California, Arkansas, and New York. Blake has successfully represented individuals and businesses in navigating a variety of challenging and complex issues that require efficient and custom-tailored resolution strategies based on the specific needs of the client that are resolved informally or through trial if necessary.

Blake earned his J.D. and graduated from Texas A&M School of Law in 2016. At Texas A&M Law, Blake spent a considerable amount of his time participating in oral advocacy in front of sitting United States Federal District and Circuit Court of Appeals judges in order to prepare himself as an advocate. Blake won the American Bar Association’s Moot Court New York Regional Competition in 2016 and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers in 2016.
