Alex joined Fuksa Khorshid, LLC as an associate attorney in 2022. He brings a depth of experience focusing on complex litigation and consumer protection issues. He has worked on products liability, consumer fraud, and data privacy matters. Before moving to Chicago, Alex worked as a law clerk at a general practice law firm in Champaign, Illinois while attending law school where he gained experience in civil rights, personal injury, family law, and contract dispute matters. Alex also interned at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development where he enforced the U.S. Fair Housing Act and assisted in the development of new public housing projects.
Alex originally hails from Seattle, Washington but he is an avid traveler and something of a wanderer. He attended university in Boston because he “wanted to see the Atlantic” and while there, worked for three years in special needs education while earning his degree in political science. He then moved to the heartland to attend the University of Illinois College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude and served as a staff writer on the Illinois Business Law Journal.
In his free time, Alex works on fixing electronics and building computers, watching motorsports, and seeing the sights. Alex is also fluent in Korean.
