Molly Hunsinger is an associate attorney at Fuksa Khorshid, LLC and licensed to practice in the State of Illinois. Prior to working at Fuksa Khorshid, LLC, Molly worked at a boutique intellectual property firm where she handled transactional and litigation matters for clients involving copyrights, trademarks, and software licensing agreements. She also drafted responses to trademark office actions issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Molly additionally worked in the Loyola Federal Tax Clinic assisting low-income taxpayers on Federal Tax issues. Moreover, Molly was a judicial extern for Hon. Sanjay Tailor in the Illinois Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division.

At Fuksa Khorshid, LLC, Molly specializes in intellectual property and assists clients from numerous fields including hospitality, finance, insurance, consulting, marketing and more. She has successfully registered multiple trademarks, which has involved responding to office actions and resolving conflicts between confusingly similar marks. She has also assisted clients in expanding their intellectual property portfolios and protecting what is valuable to them, while they can focus on growing their businesses. 

Molly has also handled a variety of transactional and litigation matters while at Fuksa Khorshid, LLC. Particularly, she has drafted complaints, motions, contracts, licensing agreements, and privacy policies. 

In her free time Molly enjoys rock climbing and reading mystery novels.
