Catherine “Callie” Wershing is an associate at Fuksa Khorshid, LLC, joining the firm as an attorney in November 2025. She focuses her practice on intellectual property transactional matters, helping clients protect, manage, and commercialize their creative and proprietary assets. Callie assists clients with trademark registration at both the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the state level and provides ongoing support for the maintenance of their trademark portfolios. Her experience also includes handling licensing, assignments, and confidentiality agreements and providing counsel on brand protection and enforcement strategies.

Callie earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. As a law student, she served as a Feature Articles Editor for the Consumer Law Review, worked as a research assistant for Professor Anne-Marie Rhodes, and was the Director of Communications for the Intellectual Property Law Society. Prior to becoming an associate at Fuksa Khorshid, Callie gained valuable experience at the firm as a law clerk. 

A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Callie received her bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Studies, magna cum laude, from the College of Charleston in 2022.

In her time away from the office, Callie enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods and restaurants.
