Madeleine Morris is an associate attorney at Fuksa Khorshid, joining the firm as an attorney in November, 2022. Madeleine primarily handles employment and corporate legal transactional matters for small to mid-sized privately-held businesses. Madeleine’s experience includes crafting employment policies and handbooks tailored to specific industry needs. Madeleine counsels clients on limiting employment-related liability. She also handles business and liquor licensing matters for her clients with the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois, and assists clients in certifying their businesses as women or minority owned.

Madeleine earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law. As a law student at Loyola, Madeleine was the Managing Editor of Loyola’s Child Legal Rights Journal, a research assistant for Professor Christine Chabot, and the Secretary for Phi Alpha Delta. Prior to becoming an associate at Fuksa Khorshid, Madeleine worked at the firm as a law clerk and extern.

Madeleine, a native of Tampa, Florida, received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Florida in 2019 and is a member of University of Florida’s Windy City Gators Chicago alumni chapter board. In addition to being licensed in Illinois, Madeleine is also a licensed Florida attorney.

In her time away from the office, Madeleine enjoys reading, cooking, and being outside.
