Thomasin is an associate attorney at Fuksa Khorshid, LLC.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked for the City of Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection. There she prosecuted offending business licensees for violations of the Chicago Municipal Code. In this role, Thomasin gained valuable perspective on the regulatory landscape that businesses must navigate in order to survive, and she regularly puts that experience to use for her clients.

Thomasin earned her Juris Doctor in 2016 from the University of Illinois College of Law. As a law student, Thomasin interned with the Champaign County State’s Attorney’s Office and represented domestic violence victims in the law school’s Domestic Violence Clinic. She also completed two semesters of trial advocacy, including successful completion of the Mirza Trial Academy. Prior to attending law school, Thomasin received her B.S. from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign in 2012.

Thomasin is a native of Hinsdale, Illinois, who currently resides in Ukranian Village. During her free time she enjoys trying new restaurants, practicing yoga, and walking her rescue dog, Pekoe.
