Nathaniel Cutler
Nathaniel T. Cutler began his career by joining the Kansas City law firm of Kozeny & McCubbin, LLC. There, Nathaniel represented some of the nation’s biggest banks in the areas of creditor’s rights, chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy, and real estate litigation. Nathaniel’s accomplishments include: successfully defending a bank in a bankruptcy adversarial proceeding against alleged violations of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA); and, wrote a winning brief defending a bank against alleged violations of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and TILA laws in front of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Nathaniel was admitted to the Missouri Bar and the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri in 2005; admitted to the Kansas Bar and the United States District Court, District of Kansas in 2006; and admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2008 and United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2009.
Nathaniel received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, in 2000, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2004. During his spare time, Nathaniel is an active volunteer at the Lake Shore Animal Shelter and Chicago based brain cancer organization, Harley Helping Hands and will be an Iowa Hawkeye fan for life.
